Closed Cup Mushrooms

The popular White Closed Cup mushrooms are mild in flavour, but they’re loaded with vitamins, minerals and other nutritional goodness.

Part of the Agaricus Bisporus species, Closed cup mushrooms are an excellent choice in any dish.

Large Flat Mushrooms

The large flat mushroom is a more mature version of our traditional white closed cup mushroom (approximately 3 days more mature). 

Flat mushrooms are fully opened with visible gills. They are large in size and have a full-bodied, robust flavour. Flat mushrooms are perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner and a great vegan alternative on the BBQ. 


Chestnut Mushrooms

Chestnut Mushrooms are closed cup mushrooms with a bolder, more robust taste. They can be eaten raw, and will add a stronger mushroom flavour and beautiful rustic colour to cooked dishes. Firmer and more dense than White Buttons, Chestnuts have slightly less moisture content and hold their shape better when cooked. This makes them ideal for kebabs and perfect for risottos, stir fries, sauces and stews.

Portabello Mushrooms

Portobello mushrooms are mature chestnut mushrooms with a meaty texture with an extreme flavor. These mushrooms give several essential nutrients, however, do not include many calories, making a nutritious addition to any diet. This is particularly true in the event you make use of them in place of meat that is higher in calories, cholesterol and fat. 


Button Mushrooms

With their subtle, earthy flavour, white button mushrooms are great to eat raw or as an easy addition to cooked meals. Their mild taste makes them a crowd-favourite and the perfect entry level choice if you’re a first timer. Part of the agaricus mushroom family, White Buttons are harvested when they’re young and available all year round.
